I love eating fried eggs and I have my own ways of making sure the white is cooked all the way (you have to make sure the white is always cooked all the way if you don’t wanna get sick)… Now, I gotta say, this trick is way better! I gotta go cook one now! Yum!!!

that fried egg was crap! If she would have just have added a little bit of water and then the lid for a about 15 sec. the egg would have been could perfect and not brown crispy edges.

Too complicated, plus extra washing up, all you need to do is to flip a bit of the cooking oil on to the top of the egg.

I like my eggs sunny side up and this is not it. I also don’t like crisp, burnt bottoms and edges. How about cooking the whites with the lid method for a minute before adding the yolks?

Crack and put egg into pan as usual then put the lid on it straight away then take off when cooked. No burnt edges
