Cute Puppy Love

The secret to stress relief? Tiny kittens! They invited strangers to step inside our big glass “therapy” office and surprised them with kitten playtime. And it worked… 🙂  My cat always helps me deal with my stress. I come back from work and to see him there waiting for me feels like heaven….

This went viral over the weekend and I’m so glad it did. Members of Hell’s angels in California stood in line for five days at a Wal-Mart in Fresno, to buy every bike that was on the ad, (over 200), to donate to the homeless kids. A Hells Angels member told the Fresno Bee newspaper the purchase was part of the group’s 16th annual toy run. isn’t that nice? Sometimes looks can be deceiving, right?  Great job guys! 🙂

The Clydesdale Budweiser commercials were always my favorite. Something special about seeing beautiful horses running in the snow. The perfect music, ahh, the perfect commercial. And what about the Budweiser’s “Puppy Love” ad, in which a golden retriever and a Clydesdale are best friends? Well, apparently Anheuser-Busch announced they won’t be using the famous Clydesdale horses anymore. I hope they reconsider that because they are my favorite… What do you guys think? Should Anheuser-Busch still use Clydesdale horses in their ads?

I love supermarkets, not going to lie. When I do the groceries and I can spend hours going through the aisles. But I wouldn’t mind if my WalMart, or K-Mart would do something like this supermarket did for the Holidays. Edeka, Germany’s largest supermarket chain, decided to surprise its shoppers with a seasonal treat. And it is so AWESOME! 🙂

Ten years after a tragic car accident, Kellie wants to find the heroes that saved her son’s life and thank them. Ten years ago Kellie, her husband, and their 14-week old baby boy were driving home from visiting family. They were listening to Al Greene’s ‘Let’s Stay Together’ blaring on the car stereo. The sun was setting. And that is all she remember… The next scene in her memory feels like a camera lens trying to come into focus. It is a fuzzy and blurry image of a small, golden cross hanging from someone’s neck.  This car accident killed her husband, AJ, and left her son in critical condition.

This video tells Kellie’s story of the tragedy, and the amazingly uplifting journey to thank all of the people that helped save her infant son.  Be ready to cry, it is pretty emotional , I couldn’t help to cry throughout most of the video.  And I also couldn’t stop thinking of all the times I wasn’t thankful and that I should follow Kellie’s steps.
