Peanut Butter Freezer Fudge is a wonderfully simple fudge recipe.

Condensed Milk is combined with cream, peanut butter and vanilla to create a thick mixture.

Poured into a pan and frozen until firm, this fudge is perfect as a stand alone treat, or chopped up and served mixed into ice cream – give it a go!

Ingredients
2 x 400g Cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Cup of Whipping Cream
100g of Regular Butter
3/4 Cup of Smooth Peanut Butter (or use Crunchy for a more textured fudge)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract

Not that you need evidence dogs are man’s BEST friend, but just in case you forgot. In this video, this guy pretends to be drowning and as soon as his loyal dog realizes that, the dog jumps into the water to rescue him. What an AMAZING dog 🙂
