Peanut Butter Freezer Fudge is a wonderfully simple fudge recipe.
Condensed Milk is combined with cream, peanut butter and vanilla to create a thick mixture.
Poured into a pan and frozen until firm, this fudge is perfect as a stand alone treat, or chopped up and served mixed into ice cream – give it a go!
Ingredients
2 x 400g Cans of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Cup of Whipping Cream
100g of Regular Butter
3/4 Cup of Smooth Peanut Butter (or use Crunchy for a more textured fudge)
1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
This sounds heavenly! Bookmarked.

I think 100 grams would be somewhere between 1/3 cup (75.6g) & 1/2 cup (112.4g). Since there are 28.35 grams in an ounce & 8 ounces to a cup for a total of 226.8 grams per cup. Thus 400g should be just under 1 3/4 cups.
