Sassy Water Flat Belly Diet Recipe

It is recommended by most doctors that you have to drink 8 glasses of water a day. Maybe this “Sassy” glass of water recipe can help to make it more enjoyable.  We are very cautious here at Cutepuppylove about claims that say “this food/drink flattens my belly!”, but all the ingredients in this water do have anti-bloating effects, and any time you’re increasing your water intake, you’re going to be less hungry overall.  So go ahead and try it, you might flatten your belly, but the more water you drink, the healthier you become 🙂

      If you can afford to buy something Not so good for your health, whatever that may be….I’m sure you can afford lemons and spearmint sprigs. When life hands you lemons…….!

    I don’t like to drink water either, but I do prepare a pitcher of lemon water before going to bed at night, and it tastes better that way. I squeeze at least one lemon, leave the peels, and put some sea salt. The bloating is really gone. It is especially good after you have had a big meal, it calms down the belly.
