If you ever complained about the size of your house, you have to watch this video, trust it will make you be so thankful of the house or apartment you live in… When Christian Schallert isn’t cooking, dressing, sleeping or eating, his 24 square meter (258 square feet) apartment looks like an empty cube. To use a piece of furniture, he has to build it.
This apartment is located in Barcelona, Spain. The tiny apartment is a remodeled pigeon loft. Christian, the owner, says the space was inspired by the space-saving furniture aboard boats, as well as the clean lines of a small Japanese home.
What is truly remarkable about the design of this apartment is that the space can change completely because of the mobility of its features… So what do you think, do you think you would be able to live in an apartment like this one? Me, mmmmm I don’t know……

What’s the cost ,rent own utilities ? That was my first thought. And yes I would prefer a small space, as long as I had a garage, or at least an 4×4×8 storage room on the property !

That’s common here in the Philippines there are lots of houses and apartments like that. Heck, even luxury condominium units are just around that size.

250 sq ft is not count as small when you living in Hong Kong for single. Some people in here are living in 50 sq ft or under.

Hmmmm…… Think I should— errr— tell them????
OK, it’s like this, y’see. I and a bunch of people in my line of work live in our vehicles from time to time, for various lengths of time. Now, I personally don’t do it for more than a day or so, but that’s because I’m in hotshot freight so I’m able to get back home after a trip. But, guys I know live in their vans for upwards of three months at a time, parked at truck stops in between jobs. The vans are set up with heat, some with air conditioning, refrigeration, entertainment,— some of these guys leave me wondering how they squeeze freight in because of all of their personal stuff. Expedited in a van—- like living under a bridge, only on wheels.

Looking at the video— Yes, why not? This guy seems to be using it for sleeping, eating and keeping clean, I guess a good place to look for him most times is “somewhere else”. Active guy if the video is any indication.
