I usually don’t much like the somewhat manufactured sound of the ‘boybands’. I’m a bit long in the tooth for listening to a bunch of teenage boys singing about feelings and emotions that they almost certainly haven’t actually experienced. They usually seem to be more about posing in front of a microphone than they are about the music and lyrics of what they are singing, and are generally not perhaps what one would term ‘lightweight’. But possibly because you are obviously not teenagers, and could hardly be thought of as ‘lightweight’, something drew me to watch your Coming Home video. having done so, I can see (or should that be ‘hear’?) that it is not only topical, but is a pleasure to listen to, and has all that it takes to become a hit recording. Obviously it needs to get more exposure, but I’m sure that is something that will take care of itself (with a little push every now and then), and for what it’s worth, I will share the video with my relatively small circle of friends which will help get it moving. Best of luck with it.

This touched me today especially as we here in Canada are dealing with grief at the loss of one of our soldiers guarding are war memorial in the nation’s capital.
