I have a little tidbit to share to help you get the soft or crispy texture!!
    1. MAKE SURE your oven is the correct temperature. Buy an inexpensive thermometer to place in your oven. ACCURATE TEMPERATURE IS VITAL TO TEXTURE SUCCESS!! Once YOU KNOW FOR CERTAIN your oven temp, the cookies will all come out just the texture YOU WANT!!
    2. NOTE: ADJUST TIMES AS NECESSARY FOR YOUR OVEN!!
    3. SOFT COOKIE: Cook for least time to just past doughy stage, usually the lower end time on Nestle’s Toll House recipe on their package. USUALLY, BUT ADJUST for your oven.
    4. CRISPY COOKIE: Cook for the higher amount of time on the Nestle’s recipe.
CRISPY is EASIER to achieve than SOFT, but you can do it!!
    YUMMY, NOW I want cookies!!
