Time To Thank All The Moms Around The World

Los Angeles-based filmmaker Matt Bieler recently created 3 Queens, a touching short film that ‘thanks moms around the world for their heroic unselfish love as told through the eyes and voice of their children’. He created the film after finding himself in awe of his sister, she’s featured in the film and is currently raising three young ones of her own.  After watching this, I wonder if moms really get all the recognition they deserve, I don’t know you but I’m feeling like hugging mine right now ❤

My biological mother has been gone for a long long time but I am so blessed to have the most wonderful step-Mum (we say Mum not Mom in New Zealand even if I am living in Canada it will always be Mum lol) It is my 50th Birthday today and I would so love to hug her but she is thousands of miles away. I would love to hug my Dad, sister, daughters, friends and the rest of those I love but they are also all those miles away. But today I talked to my Step-Mum and Dad via Skype and we hugged and loved as best we could and it was great but a real hug is the best. In a quote from Charlie Brown ” I love the kind of hugs where you can physically feel the sadness leave your body”
