Teddy Bear, the Porcupine, Has a Halloween Feast

My mom taught me to never chew and talk at the same time, but I guess we can make an exception for a cute porcupine…

Teddy Bear was born an orphan and raised at the Zooniversity in Dallas. He loves “talking” and making cute noises!
