Have You Ever Heard of Parkour?

This is amazing! The athleticism and skill these guys have! I wish I had half of that, but I can’t even climb a ladder to clean the gutters without freaking out about heights… My hat goes out to them!

    I do know of parkour and it’s pretty fascinating to watch! A friend of mine has a boyfriend who is a parkour instructor and health nut. His body is a true work of art.
