Joey Wagner, a marine animal rescuer from Nova Scotia, Canada, found this mange-infested pit bull puppy and immediately took him to a vet.
He then went back to pick the puppy up and adopt him… Look at the puppy’s reaction when he saw his rescuer again… They are a match made in heaven! 🙂

That puppy is so happy to see the Angel that saved him, that he is smiling. You can just tell by the pups face ! They were meant for each other ! Bless them both !
