Is That A Bear Or A Neighbor?

This video is SO bizarre! Check out this bear walking around a suburban neighborhood just like a person! We’ve seen many bears in Washington State, in the US, but walking like this? this is my first! Have you seen anything like this before?

    U.S. Forest Service said his paws are injured but healing, forcing him to walk upright.
