Man Being Booked into Jail Saves Officer Booking Him

Even though he was at a low point in his life, Jamal Rutledge, who was being booked into jail, reacted without hesitation to save Franklin Foulks, the fallen officer. He was having a heart attack!

Thanks to the criminal’s bravery, the cop has been able to make a full recovery

Jamal, that was an extra-ordinary act. A man who was about to loose his freedom in a matter of moments, rising above his looming bleak future to save the life of the person who was about ushering him into that future, in my words, is extra-ordinary.

Fortunately most of can still empathize and recognize it’s another human being who’s suffering.
I hope someone can give him a chance to be a productive human being.

Sorry not sure exactly what he did, , certainly nothing brave, he just called somebody. He actually sat and stared at the officer for a long time before strolling to the door. Sorry I don’t see anything exceptional here

He was told to sit down by the other officer. If you watch end the whole video the you would have noticed that. Good for him. A start to changing his life for the good of man kind.

The young man could have let the cop lay in the floor ,Get help the best way he could,Instead he helped the cop who obviously wasn`t doing him any favors.I couldn`t help but notice,At the end,The cop instructed the man to sit back down on the bench, his Buddy would have been Dead had the young man had the Attitude as the cops,BUT COPS JUST CAN`T HELP IT.

  9. Hey Jamal,
Thanks for sharing this with us! Glad to see this young man had the heart to call for help for this officer. Even though he is clearly in a bad situation, which we all have been in, he still acts humane in this instance. Should he go to court for whatever crime he committed, I hope this video is submitted into evidence to show his true character.

He could have done nothing at all and let the cop die. Yes it took him awhile to decide but when he did decide he did the right thing. He knew he wasn’t getting out either way so he made the right decision in my eyes.

When in that predicument U don’t know if should help cause then the blame can come back to U.. There is no audio so U don’t know if he ask do U need help or if the cop said get help.. U guys make people guilty till proven inoccent.
Black people have hearts way bigger than cops.
And do our best to help anyone. But we have second thoughts cause of how society scrutinize our every move.. Salute to Jamal. It may not help UR case but U did the rite thing #salute

Certainly the best thing to do, we are in this boat together and helping each other is the way we need to be. God gave us that need.

Or, he knew if he didnt even respond to a person in distress, he would be hit with the Good Samaritan law and be facing another charge 🙂 JK, the man did the right thing at right time and saved a life, I can’t say that yet. He’s a hero as much as anyother who acted to save a life.
