This happened in Denver, CO. The person shooting the video went to shut her front window because water was coming in when she saw that somebody had left this dog tied to a tree.
It had been nearly ten minutes since the rain and hail had started. Thank goodness one of the neighbors noticed and rescued the pup…

What the hell was that helpless animal doing tied and on such a short rope or whatever to a tree in the first place, and the moron who left it like that in a storm should be took out and tied like so during a storm.

I hope this dog found a home. I’m a dog owner, truthfully I’ve been passed off at my dogs, but would never abandon them, hitching them to a light pole in a thunderstorm, driving off. See, how trusting the dog was, had no problem getting to shelter

They should chain the owner to the tree. Thank goodness for the neighbor, the way he stared hoping she would come back. Sadly that angel could not bring him to a pound rather than his owner. There is a special place in he double ll for pet owner like him. That looks like a residential area. WTHis a pup tied up there instead of at home and out of that rain storm
